Night owl trying to be fit

So this night owl made it... I woke up at 7 this morning and went to play tennis at 8.  I hardly get any sleep last night even though I'm so beat up by Tuesday drinking session. I hope i didn't turn into alcoholic, I'm getting worried here, I found out that I can't get a good sleep whenever there's no alcohol in my blood. Crap... this is major issue.

But back to my TRYING to-be-fit/healthy treatment, currently I'm a "suck-ies" in tennis but hopefully someday I'll turn into a "pro-kies" I'm so exhausted from running to collect balls instead of playing tennis. so this is how bad I am, and this is how much practice I need or perhaps I need a coach instead. Overall it's a fun experience for this is first time I play tennis under the the drizzling rain, it's so cooling for the sweat and heat. enough said, Yawn I need caffeine before I doze off.

Let me see how I can keep up this good routine, wish me luck.

having a little too much

There is no line of the day for Saturday, this blogger is overstuffed with food and alcohol.  The journey for food and Todi / Tuak (coconut wine) start from 4 the in the afternoon till midnight. 

here's a short list of what we have:

Butterworth= Todi(we bought 6 of it) + deep fried  tiny bird ( if you think the name is scary wait till you see the real thing, i feel bad for those little thing) + steam little squid + shrimp cracker + fried veggie + steam fish with ginger and chili paddies 

Lunai (Tan Kee) = famous for roast duck

Yam and duck + Roast Duck + Sweet and sour duck + veggie soup with duck 

Kamunting Lake view restaurant ( i might got the name wrong) = famous for FISH dishes

I can't recall the right amount of fish we order but it's like 4 or 5 fish dishes + fried KangKung (morning glory) with chillies paste + fried curry pork + steam veggie with oyster sauces 

Serdang + famous for fried porridge (Char moi in Hokkien)

we order 2 Char moi + steam frog with chicken essence

Butterworth Khun Thai restaurant

Tom Yum + Keang Som steam fish (I feel like i could kiss someone after having a sip of the soup.... my tongue is BURNING ! I end up kissing an ice cube) + Crab with glass noodle. We order another "Todi" for my dear friends finish up all the 6 bottle of it.

Something about love

Being able to cool off a feeling that you have toward a person is so darn hard. Your expression on your mind and body is too obvious not to notice. When that happen, we all are a fool, so foolish that we think that no one will notice our unusual reaction. Of course there is nothing wrong to fall for a person and to show it out, after all we are human. But it's such a painful punishment to oneself not to admit the love or the crush on someone. It take courage to impress that particular person but it takes whole lots more of courage to admit it in front of your best friends, for those who did that, you have my respect and for those who's in denial stage, please stop punishing yourself.

Some choose to show it out while some choose to keep it in their heart till the end of their day. No matter what's the outcome, love required judgement, just like investment, put your money into the stock that you have confidence and faith, don't waste your time to invest or throw your money into those stock that you can't afford or the stock that doesn't even care to make a jump start.  Or like the old men saying: don't put all the egg into one basket, spread them into few basket so that you can make choices from their return rates.

I'm not a love expert in fact I'm a hopeless lover but for some who believe in miracle, good luck and wish you all the best. Yes there are miracles but look at the percentage of miracle that happen around you.
